Shipping Policy.

Here's how we get your cards from our hands into yours — timelines, costs, and everything in between, no legal maze required.

Processing Time.

WILDCARD is a small operation — every order is packed by hand, not a warehouse robot. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During drops, restocks, or holidays, processing can run a little longer. If that happens, we'll do our best to keep you posted.

Processing time is separate from transit time (the actual days a package spends on a truck). Add the two together to estimate when your order will land.

Domestic Shipping (US).

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and/or UPS, whichever gets your package to you fastest.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days in transit): Flat rate, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied on domestic orders over $75.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days in transit): Available at checkout for an added fee, for anyone who needs their cards a little faster.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping.

International Shipping.

We're a young brand still building out our shipping network, so international shipping is currently limited. Right now we only ship to a small handful of countries, and availability is shown at checkout — if your country isn't listed, we're not there yet.

Heads up: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total. We're working on expanding to more countries soon — follow along or sign up for updates to be the first to know.

Tracking & Delays.

Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you.

Once a package leaves our hands, transit times are estimates provided by the carrier, not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen sometimes and are outside of our control — but if tracking looks stuck or stalled for more than a few days, reach out and we'll look into it with you.

Address Issues.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order ships, we can't reroute or edit it.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. A new shipping fee may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders.

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered but it never showed up, email us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Please hang on to your order number and, if possible, photos of any damage. It makes everything move a lot faster on our end.

Changes to This Policy.

We may update this policy as our shipping options grow — especially as we roll out more international destinations. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
