These terms apply to everyone who browses, shops, or otherwise interacts with wildcardshit.com.
Who Can Shop Here.
You need to be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us. By using the site, you're confirming that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
Orders & Payment.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment goes through and your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
Our Products.
We do our best to represent our cards, apparel, and other goods accurately — through photos, descriptions, and specs — but small variations in color, print, or packaging can happen. We don't guarantee that every device will display our product images exactly the same way.
Some items are limited runs. Once they're gone, they're gone, and we can't promise a restock.
Your Account.
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has gotten in.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to defraud us, or abuse the platform.
Intellectual Property.
Everything on this site — the WILDCARD name, logo, artwork, product designs, photography, and site content — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to share it, tag us, and show off your pulls, but you can't reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content without permission.
Acceptable Use.
Play fair. When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's security, performance, or availability.
- Scrape, copy, or resell our content or product data without permission.
- Impersonate WILDCARD, our staff, or another user.
Limitation of Liability.
WILDCARD is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products — things outside our reasonable control, like shipping carrier delays, are on us to help resolve, but not something we can guarantee against.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which WILDCARD is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
Changes to These Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our business grows and changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
